Return & Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange:

  • The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with original packaging.

  • A proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return/exchange, and any relevant photos if applicable.

  3. We will provide you with return instructions.

Additional Information:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Exchanges will be processed promptly upon receipt of the returned item, subject to availability.
